There exists a public limited liability company (societe anonyme) under the name (denomination sociale) of "Everest Financial Trust Clients Securitization Lux" (the Company) qualifying as a securitisation company (societe de titrisation) within the meaning of the Luxembourg act dated 22 March 2004 relating to securitisation, as amended (the Securitisation Act 2004). The commercial name (denomination commerciale) of the Company is "Everest Financial Trust".
